Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and khv8 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). They apply to all use of the khv8 website at khv8.vip, including the creation of an account, the placement of bets or wagers, the acceptance of bonuses, and any use of the payment facilities made available through the platform.

   Each player may hold only one registered account. Opening duplicate accounts under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method is a breach of these Terms. khv8 will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold funds that cannot be attributed to a single verified identity.

   Account Security

   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, contact khv8 support immediately.

   khv8 may at any time request identity-verification documents (KYC) including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on khv8 are processed through third-party payment service providers. By using these payment services you also agree to any applicable terms imposed by those providers. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Funds deposited into your khv8 account may only be used for placing bets or wagers on games and events available on the platform. Players must not use khv8 accounts as a general-purpose banking or money-transfer facility. Any account identified as being used for this purpose will be closed without notice.

khv8 has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering. All accounts are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring. Where suspicious activity is detected, khv8 will suspend the account, freeze funds, and report the activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

khv8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

   Wagering Requirements

   All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier such as 20x — is stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; any unfulfilled bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

   Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

khv8 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

   Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including sharing hand or card information in live table games — is strictly prohibited. khv8 uses automated pattern-detection tools and manual review to identify collusion and will act decisively where it is found.

   Software Exploitation

   Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any third-party software designed to interact with khv8 games or systems in a manner not intended by the platform is prohibited. Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate winnings that would not occur under normal gameplay is also prohibited; any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.

   Money Laundering

   khv8 has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and the financing of any unlawful activity. All accounts are subject to AML monitoring. Where suspicious activity is detected, khv8 will suspend the account, freeze funds, and report to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not deposit funds originating from illegal sources.

   Fraudulent Chargebacks

   Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit that was genuinely received and used for wagering on khv8 constitutes fraud. khv8 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks, recover costs incurred from the player's account, and may pursue recovery through legal channels where necessary.

6. Responsible Gaming

khv8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from account settings and may also be requested via the support team.

Self-exclusion requests submitted via the support team will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period the account will be locked and no new deposits will be accepted. khv8 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players. Players who believe they have a problem with gambling are encouraged to seek help from independent support organisations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the khv8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of khv8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from khv8.

The khv8 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of khv8. Unauthorised use of the khv8 trade marks — including in domain names, social media handles, promotional materials, or any commercial context — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, khv8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits khv8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. In all other cases, khv8's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

khv8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, khv8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address or on-site notification associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to khv8's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through khv8's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents khv8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
